Linda’s career in the mortgage industry started out of a need for great customer service. Her husband had been a realtor for several years at the time and was not getting great customer service from the local lenders. In addition, his clients were not getting called back in a timely manner, if at all, once the market started booming. One day he looked at Linda and asked, “Why aren’t you my lender?”
Linda’s background in Finance made her the perfect candidate. She also saw firsthand how bad service in one area of a real estate transaction funnels down into all the other components. She knew she would enjoy the mortgage industry and her husband knew he could count on her to provide exceptional customer service.
Focusing on her strengths of top-notch customer service, strong and consistent systems and processes, and having the heart of a teacher, Linda gathered a team of world class mortgage professionals around her in order to be one of the industry’s top LOs in sales, service, and team values.
Linda loves to travel and spend time with her family. They especially love to hike, bike, play pickleball, and snow ski. Two of her guiding principles are, “the journey is part of the experience – an expression of the seriousness of one’s intent,” and “teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” (Psalm 90:12)
